Throwback to Brock Lesnar’s Remarkable 300-Push-Up Challenge

Brock Lesnar has always been a legendary persona when it comes to strength. First WWE, then the UFC, he left no stone unturned to prove himself to be one of the strongest fighters.

Lesnar reportedly completed 300 push-ups as part of his training regimen. And, the clip of him doing those push-ups is a reminder of how differently he is built.

300 pushups might seem impossible for most people, but for Lesnar, it is just like another day at the gym. Clearly, his dominance across two sports comes not only from his physique but also from his mindset and training.

Standing at 6'3 weighing around 280 pounds, during his prime, Lesnar clubbed athletic movements in his training discipline, which resulted in his spectacular performance across two promotions.

Such was the rigor of that training program, which saw Lesnar rule WWE, capture the UFC Heavyweight Championship, and establish himself as one of the most formidable sporting figures of all time. Three hundred push-ups don’t just speak to a rigorous training regime; they speak to an entire mentality.

Brock Lesnar Return Stuns WWE as Beast Comes Out of Retirement

The throwback training clip making rounds online feels perfectly timed. Just weeks ago, Brock Lesnar proved the Beast is far from finished.

Monday Night Raw saw Lesnar return after a one-month hiatus following his loss to Oba Femi at WrestleMania 42.

As Femi entered the ring for his open challenge segment, Lesnar attacked him from behind and laid him out with multiple F-5s. Paul Heyman later appeared in a backstage segment, offering General Manager Adam Pearce a contract for the biggest rematch in history at Clash in Italy.

Lesnar's retirement seemed genuine when he left his boots and MMA gloves in the ring after the WrestleMania loss, and Paul Heyman, standing there, was also visibly emotional and convinced this was the end of Lesnar's pro wrestling career.

But some unfinished business with Femi changed everything.

What do you think — can Oba Femi finish the job at Clash in Italy?
